We collect information in a few categories:

- Profile information: information you provide such as birth year, gender, and country.
- Chat and content: chat messages and other text, images or other forms of content you submit in the App ("User Content").
- Saved items: items you save and related metadata.
- Usage and interaction data: feed interactions and engagement signals (for example, views, clicks, likes, skips) and derived preference signals based on your use of the App.
- Device and log data: information such as device identifiers, app version, IP address, timestamps, and crash or diagnostic data.
- Subscription information: subscription status and related purchase metadata as provided by the Apple App Store / Google Play and/or our subscription management service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the App and your account.
- Deliver fashion recommendations and the AI chat experience.
- Personalize content and improve recommendations.
- Understand usage, debug issues, and improve performance and reliability.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to third parties in limited circumstances, including:
- Service providers: we use third-party providers to help run the App (for example, database services, hosting and infrastructure, subscription management services, and LLM providers for the chat feature). These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.
- Legal and safety: if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction.
Note: subscription purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card information.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active. While your account is active, we may retain information indefinitely to provide and improve the App.
If you delete your account in the App, we delete your email address, chat messages, and saved items.
After account deletion, we may retain:
- Pseudonymized feed interaction data.
- Derived preference signals used for service improvement.
- Profile fields such as birth year, gender, and country used for service improvement.
"Pseudonymized" means the data is stored without direct identifiers (such as your email address) but may still be used to improve the App.
We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, to resolve disputes or enforce agreements).
6. Your choices
- Account deletion: you can delete your account in the App.
- Access and correction: you may request access to or correction of certain information by contacting us.
- Additional rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. You can contact us to request help.
7. International data processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, where privacy laws may differ. We take reasonable steps designed to protect your information when it is processed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates when this Policy was last updated.
